1. Services Provided
SV Pro Movers offers:
– Local moving services within California
– Long-distance and interstate moves across the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Puerto Rico)
By booking with us, you agree that you are hiring us for moving-related services only.
2. Booking & Cancellation Policy
– All appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or authorized platform.
– If the customer is not present at the scheduled time of arrival and the crew is on site, a cancellation fee equivalent to 3 hours of crew labor will be charged to compensate for lost time.
– We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a job due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Liability
– SV Pro Movers is not liable for any items not properly packed by the customer or for any damage caused by improper packing.
– We do not currently offer insurance coverage for damaged or lost items. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain appropriate moving insurance.
4. Payment
– Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
– We accept payments by cash, major credit cards, or other approved payment methods.
– Late payments may incur a service charge.
5. SMS Communication Terms
By consenting to receive SMS communications from SV Pro Movers, you agree to the following:
1- SMS Consent Communication:
The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will NOT be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
2- Types of SMS Communications:
If you have consented to receive text messages from SV Pro Movers, you may receive messages related to the following:
– Appointment reminders
– Follow-up messages
3- Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary. We will send up to 10 per day across all numbers.

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
